Mr. Arnold Villeneuve has over 25 years in the computer technology and services industry working with standalone and networked microcomputers, minicomputers, and mainframe systems. With his extensive background in Network Operating System environment, Mr. Villeneuve specializes in helping organizations make their heterogeneous networks more secure and reliable. Mr. Villeneuve takes a unique view to the information and technology sustainability issues facing most organizations today, and will increasingly face in the future. He is in his third career phase now working within the cloud service provider platforms after spending over a decade in each of network operating system integration and collaborative platforms like Microsoft SharePoint

Mr. Villeneuve teaches Network Operating System (Windows, NetWare, Unix) integration, security, disaster recovery, and cloud computing courses for the world’s leading information technology vendor – Learning Tree International. These courses are extensive multi day events that go to the core of information technology security and redundancy issues facing organizations today, including people, processes, and the technology used.

Mr. Villeneuve’s work for Learning Tree International includes authoship of six courses on network operating system and SharePoint integration with particular emphasis on implementing secure systems. These courses are taught internationally by a team of highly professional and experienced Instructors. The most recent course Mr. Villeneuve authored is Project Change Management for IT/IM Professionals. Mr. Villeneuve has developed Instructor Led Training, Computer Based Training, and eLearning Based Training course content and delivery solutions for Learning Tree since 1993.

Mr. Villeneuve has conducted over 1000 public training, lecture, workshop, and private training events through Learning Tree since 1993. He has trained over 10,000 Attendees. He has developed six courses for Learning Tree ranging from 2 to 5 days in length.

Mr. Villeneuve has also authored two McGraw-Hill Computing books: Networking Technologies A guide to passing the Novell CNE Exam, and NetWare to NT – Integration and Migration Complete. As well as having authored several Ottawa Citizen computer based articles.
